After purchase at our store, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also be notified when your order has been shipped. If a pre-order item is purchased along with a stocked item, your whole order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order item is in stock.

Please note that by default any orders outside of the United States do not guarantee full tracking details. If you want to make sure full tracking information is provided, please choose priority shipping methods. For orders inside the US, the tracking is included with every order.

For any shipping method chosen, Major Moment will not be held responsible for any lost or missing items. If such a situation occurs, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can try to assist you in filing a claim through the shipping service you chose during checkout.

Please note that orders from outside of the United States may be subject to customs charges, for which the recipient is responsible.
